Resource sharing with Peter Gallagher, St. Francis.
Summary:
Early in this project, Peter and I met and discussed the potential streamlining of our two programs regarding the Mentorship project. During that time we brainstormed about the ways that the two programs - Junior and Senior High School - could be aligned to best serve students as they transitioned into High school. As the collaboration portion began, we extended these meeting to each school: at St. Francis, we discussed the various approaches Peter uses when teaching and at Catholic Central we did the same thing regarding my New Media Program.
These two perspectives, along with the various resources we shared, benefitted us both.
